A introductory guided group journey into the sacred world of plant medicine.

This group is designed for folks who want to explore microdosing in a practical, supported way.

Microdosing can support presence, mood, creativity, self-discovery, and so much more — all while anchoring the lessons and new perspectives into everyday life.

But without support or continuity, microdosing can easily become something people try once or twice without knowing how to work with it in a meaningful way… missing out on the depth and richness this kind of relationship can offer.

This cohort offers clear guidance, weekly connection, and integration tools so you don’t have to navigate it alone; creating the conditions for transformation to actually take root. The pacing allows insights to be digested into the body, helping intentions settle in more deeply and shape how you live day to day in a way that’s sustainable.

Microdosing Details

Microdosing is the practice of working with a sub-threshold dose of plant medicine over an intentional period of time, following a structured protocol. The dose is low enough that you’re able to continue about your daily life, while gently opening the channels of awareness, presence, and connection over time.

Microdosing is a slow, steady invitation into deeper relationship; with yourself, the spirit of the medicine, and your intention.

The magic is in the mundane - the integration of subtle shifts into daily life. Over time, these small, steady openings create profound transformation; supporting you in becoming more attuned, more resourced, and more alive.

When approached with reverence, microdosing can support you with:

  • Yes. Microdosing is contraindicated for individuals with certain psychiatric conditions, taking antidepressants (SSRIs, MAOIs, TCAs), that have a history of epilepsy/other seizure disorder, or severe cardiovascular disease.

  • No. This is not clinical therapy or medical treatment. This cohort is an educational and experiential container focused on guidance, reflection, and integration. You are always encouraged to work with licensed professionals for medical concerns.

  • Live attendance is encouraged but I know that life happens! However, to respect the integrity of the group, sessions will not be recorded / shared with the exception of the breathwork practice. Details about recordings (if any) will be communicated clearly to participants.
